Terms & conditions

Botfit arranges birthday parties as per the packages offered, including food and celebration services provided by Botfit itself.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your slot, as our staff will be preparing for your event.
Charges are applicable on a per-head basis.
Shoes are not allowed in the play area and must be removed upon entering the activity zone.
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, eatables are strictly not allowed inside the play area.
Kids with injuries, illness or medical conditions are not advised to use the play area.
No personal items such as toys, blocks or similar are allowed around the play area.
Guests may sit in the cafeteria for extended time.
The play area is for 1.5 hours. If time exceeds 30 minutes, an extra charge of ₹5,000 applies, only if permitted by Botfit.
A non-refundable deposit of ₹5,000 must be paid at the time of booking.
In case of postponement, the booking amount can be adjusted for a future party, subject to availability.
All prices are exclusive of taxes.
Botfit is not responsible for weather conditions, sickness or any other force majeure events.
Botfit is not liable for any injury to your child.
Botfit is not liable for any personal items left behind or exchanged.
An additional 3% charge applies to card payments.
