activity zones for toddlers, juniors, and pre-teens — so every child from your guest list will find
something thrilling to do.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots
which fill up very quickly. For Platinum packages or 50+ guests, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Contact us and we'll
check availability instantly.
Yes! You're absolutely welcome to bring your own cake — we'll handle the cake-cutting
ceremony. For food, all our packages include BotCafe catering but you can discuss specific dietary needs or
add-ons with our party team when you book.
Absolutely. All equipment is certified and regularly safety-checked. We have trained
supervisors at every activity station and dedicated soft-play zones for children under 5. Your child's
safety is our first priority — always.
We understand plans change. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice at
