What a birthday party
actually costs in Gurgaon.

Ask three venues in Gurgaon what a birthday party costs and you will get three numbers that are not comparable. One quotes a room rate. One quotes per child but charges adults separately. One quotes a low headline price, then adds the host, the decor and the entertainment on top.

So here is our own pricing in full, with the arithmetic done for you.

The short answer

A birthday party at Botfit starts at ₹1,399 per person (BOTLITE, 2 hours), with prices exclusive of GST. Minimum billing is ₹20,000 on BOTLITE, ₹25,000 on BOTPLUS and ₹30,000 on BOT SIGNATURE — about 15, 15 and 16 guests. A 20-guest party comes to ₹27,980, ₹33,980 or ₹37,980 — and every package is all inclusive: coordinator-led games, food, cake-cutting time and balloon decor. There is no separate charge for adults.

What every package includes

Before you compare a single price, this is what the base rate covers at Botfit:

• Coordinator-led games — 4 on BOTLITE, 7 on BOTPLUS and 9 on BOT SIGNATURE
• Free play in the activity area — foam pit, rope swing, Buzz the Buzzer and Bulls Eye
• Food from our FSSAI-certified in-house kitchen, served buffet-style — with the birthday child and family served at the table
• Cake-cutting time with a song of your choosing — 15 minutes on BOTLITE and BOTPLUS, 30 minutes with a 15-minute dance party on BOT SIGNATURE (the cake comes from your side)
• Balloon decor — a Happy Birthday foil balloon on BOTLITE, a cake table with ring balloon decor on BOTPLUS, full venue balloon arcs on BOT SIGNATURE
• An e-invite from Botfit
• A private party of 2 hours (BOTLITE), 2.5 hours (BOTPLUS) or 3 hours (BOT SIGNATURE)

The three packages

All prices per person, exclusive of GST. Minimum billing is ₹20,000, ₹25,000 and ₹30,000 respectively.

BOTPLUS adds a cake table with ring balloon decor, full access to cricket, football and archery, and a digital welcome standee. BOT SIGNATURE adds full venue balloon-arc decor, a 15-minute dance party at the cake cutting, karaoke — and a live appearance from Jevika & Joy, our own celebration heroes, who welcome the children, join the games and appear at the cake cutting.

What “unlimited” actually means

This is the part most parents get caught out by elsewhere, so to be precise about ours: the numbers above are how many menu items you choose, not how many portions anyone gets. Pick your 3 starters on BOTPLUS, and those 3 starters keep coming for as long as your guests want them. Unlimited servings, from the menu you select.

What genuinely costs extra

The main extras:

• Themed decor — ₹5,000. A full custom theme: premium backdrop, designer balloon installation, name foil letters, floor balloon styling, character standees and cake table decor. Every package already includes balloon decor, from a Happy Birthday foil balloon on BOTLITE to full venue balloon arcs on BOT SIGNATURE.
• Entertainment acts — from ₹3,500, priced per act. Tattoo artist ₹3,500 · bracelet making ₹3,500 · bubble act ₹4,000 · puppet show ₹4,000 · nail art ₹4,000 · hair beading ₹4,500 · Charlie Chaplin ₹4,500 · magic show ₹5,000 · face painting ₹5,000 · ball pool ₹6,000 · bouncy ₹6,000 · art and craft ₹6,000 · caricature ₹7,000 · photographer ₹7,000.
• Non-veg menu — +₹150 on starters, +₹200 on main course, per person, as an add-on to any package.

Worked examples

• Minimum booking — ₹20,000, about 15 guests on the BOTLITE package.
• 20 guests, BOTLITE — ₹27,980. 2 hours, 4 coordinator-led games, cake-cutting time and a meal.
• 20 guests, BOTPLUS — ₹33,980. 2.5 hours, 7 games, cricket, football and archery access, and a fuller meal.
• 25 guests, BOTPLUS + themed decor — ₹42,475 + ₹5,000 = ₹47,475.
• 20 guests, BOT SIGNATURE — ₹37,980, with Jevika & Joy, 9 games, a dance party and full venue balloon-arc decor.

All figures exclusive of GST. A ₹5,000 non-refundable deposit confirms your date; card payments carry a 3% charge.

Five questions worth asking any

Whoever you end up booking, these are the questions that decide what you actually pay. Our answers are below each one.

• Is a host included, or is it an add-on? At Botfit the coordinator-led games are in the base price of every package. Nobody hands you a speaker and wishes you luck.
• Is the food unlimited, or portioned per child? Ours is unlimited servings of the items you choose.
• Are adults charged separately? Not here — one per-person rate covers everyone, and parents are pulled into the games rather than parked at a table.
• Is decor included or extra? Balloon decor is included in every package; a full themed setup is a flat ₹5,000.
• What is the deposit, and is it refundable? Ours is ₹5,000, non-refundable, but adjustable against a future date if you postpone.

The honest summary

We are not trying to be the cheapest venue in Gurgaon. We are trying to be the one where the quoted number is close to the final number — because hosting, games, food and the venue are all already in it. For most families that lands somewhere between ₹28,000 and ₹38,000 for a 20-guest party, and they know that figure before they book rather than after.
