We want your visit to be smooth from the moment you walk through the door.
- Comfortable athletic or casual clothing
- Sports shoes or sneakers (mandatory for activity zones)
- Grip socks available for purchase at venue (₹50 per pair) — strongly recommended
- Avoid formal wear, sarees, or footwear with heels
- Long hair should be tied back for climbing and obstacle activities
- A valid photo ID for adult entry registration
- Your booking confirmation (email or screenshot)
- A water bottle — we encourage hydration between activities
- Socks if you prefer your own (grip socks available on-site)
- Your energy — everything else is on us
Rules that keep every
child safe.
Our team is trained in first aid and safety protocols. Every zone has trained supervisors. These rules ensure every child has the best — and safest — time possible.
Minimum age for unsupervised play: 7 years. Children under 7 must have an adult present in the activity zone.
Sports shoes or grip socks are mandatory in all activity zones. Bare feet and open-toe sandals are not permitted.
Guests with heart conditions, recent injuries, or pregnancy must consult a doctor before participating. Please inform our staff at entry.
All activity zones have trained Botfit staff on duty. Please follow their instructions at all times for a safe experience.
Outside food is not permitted in activity zones. BotCafe is available for all food and beverage needs on-site.
Personal photography is welcome. Please be respectful of other guests. Commercial photography requires prior approval.
